We challenge your senses on this tour through the lands of the Ribatejo Region, which are rich in flavours and have a wealth of history. After spending the morning in the capital of Gothic architecture, Santarém, we’ll head toward Almeirim to savour the famous sopa da pedra [hearty soup made with beans, black pudding and chorizo]. In the afternoon, you’ll watch the falcons take flight at the Royal Falconry and visit the Companhia das Lezírias stud farm. And, at the end of the day, picture yourself on the stunning Herdade do Catapareiro wine estate, sipping a superb glass of wine whilst overlooking the flood plains… not to be missed!
